A very popular Isla Mujeres destination is this versatile property , Villa Tranquila. It can be rented as a whole Villa, four bedrooms, 4 and a half baths, sleeping 8-10; the main house, a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit sleeping 4-6; a Studio(there are two, one above the other in a separate building on the same property), sleeping two each; or any combination of the above.
The first floor of the "Main House" consists of a sunken living room complete with built -in couches, comfy leather chairs, ottoman, cable T. V. w/ DVD player, and stereo system w/radio and CD player. The high speed internet router is in here also. Sliding glass doors lead to an outside terrace. A 1/2 bath, a well equipped kitchen, & dining area complete the first floor.
An indoor circular stairway leads to the second level which consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed, leather easy chair & ottoman, cable T. V. & DVD player, radio/CD combo, clock radio, and fridge. The west bedroom has a queen bed, chair, table w/chairs, cable T. V. w/DVD player, radio/CD combo.
The 2 Studios are each equipped with an ensuite full bathroom, a queen bed, cable T. V. & DVD player, radio/CD player combo, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, sandwich maker, toaster, & iron w/ironing blanket, small couch, table & chairs.
Three of the four bedrooms, as well as the living room, have ocean views.
Villa Tranquila has it all: beautiful turquoise hues of the Caribbean, a wonderful rooftop pool for you to enjoy, with downtown & beautiful beaches only a short walk away. The rooftop terrace (partially covered with a palapa or thatched roof) offers magnificent views of the open sea & Mujeres Bay. It has a mini bar area with a fridge and sink, a toilet, as well as tables & chairs for enjoying spectacular sunsets while dining.
This is a great place for families or friends to vacation together in a relaxing and comfortable space. For a larger group, this may be combined with Casa Tranquila, the neighboring house, which is a two bedroom, two and a half bath property which can sleep an additional 4-6 persons.
