Nestled in this beautifully landscaped property and located on the ocean facing Cancun's skyline, are a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Casa and 4 Casitas, to accommodate every need and taste. Villa Rotundo is on the secluded, exclusive peninsula of Sac Bajo. The vista here is spectacular. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, or as a family or group, you will find something appealing at Villa Rotundo. This property is also pet friendly.
The Casa is spacious and sunny with two private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a screened porch for dining, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and living room; a very comfortable place to make the most of your vacation stay, with optional A/C. Casita #1 has a king and a double bed, and features optional air-conditioning and TV. Casita #2 has a king sized bed and has a wonderful garden and ocean view from the screened dining area. Casita #2 1/2 is new and built especially for the single traveler, or two in a pinch. A cozy little nook, with everything you need at an economical rate. Casita # 3 has two double beds, optional A/C. All units have kitchens, ceiling fans, and tiled bathrooms.
Villa Rotundo makes a perfect place for a family gathering or a group of friends.
A pristine little white sand beach is a few steps away. A patio with unbrellas and chairs overlooks the ocean...a lovely place to enjoy refreshments while you watch the sunset. There is a communal barbecue for the use of all guests.
Nearby there are several excellent restaurants, Casa Rolandi gourmet restaurant, and Zama Beach Club, both within easy walking distance.

Rates for Casitas 1,2,and 3 are for 2 persons; extra persons, $10 per night extra. Four night minimum; extra charge $10 per night for stay of less than four nights.
Optional A/C is $5 per night in Casitas 1 and 3, and $15 in the Casa.

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
