One of the prettiest beaches on the island, this is a beautiful and safe place to sun, swim and snorkel right in front of the hotel, and also to enjoy the dramatic Caribbean view beyond the rocks that shelter this little Bay. Villa Kiin is one of the few places on Isla where, if you choose, you can still experience sleeping in a version of the traditional Mayan palapa. These thatched roof bungalows evoke the old ways of island living but with updated touches for comfort...you won’t be sleeping in a hammock, unless it is at siesta-time in one of the many hammocks suspended from the palms in the shaded gardens between the rooms and the ocean. For folks who prefer more modern accommodations, Villa Kiin has rooms for them as well in the two-story "Pakal" building. Honeymooners and romantics will love the low-keyed peaceful atmosphere and striking views. The latest additions to the hotel in 2010 are three modern honeymoon suites located on the second level of the main building housing the reception area. These have king beds and jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms. There are also three new Pakal rooms, with king beds. Villa Kiin is a perfectly convenient location, having access to the most popular beaches as well as to the many restaurants, shops and other attractions at the north end.. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For full refund, cancellation must reach hotel 30 days prior to arrival in high season, and 15 days in low season. Penalty for late cancellation is two nights. If guest cancels the stay at arrival or while at the hotel, one extra night of payment will be charged as penalty from the date of early departure. In case of a “no show”, hotel will save the room for the guest only for the first night of the stay. If the guest does not arrive on the arrival date, the hotel will release the room the following day at noon.
