We are pleased to offer Isla’s newest privately-owned condominium complex, Villa de Isla, surely one of the most beautiful places on the island to experience your dream vacation. Set on the shore of the Bay of Mujeres with a fabulous view to Cancun, and surrounded by tropical gardens, these five condos were designed and furnished to provide guests with the ultimate in luxurious and spacious accommodations, full amenities and beautiful surroundings.
From the posh fourth floor Penthouse, with four bedrooms and bathrooms, the two elegant 3rd floor condos, each with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, down to the 3 bedroom, three bathroom ground level units which give easy access to the patio and pool perched above the ocean, you will find everything you desire at Villa de Isla to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
In addition to the condos themselves, there are extra Jr. Suites (most with kitchenettes) available on each floor, to be rented separately as a hotel unit, or as additional bedrooms to provide more space to guests renting the condos. This versatile option makes these condos perfect for adult family groups or gatherings of friends, being "expandable" if more people decide to join the fun.
The "almost infinity" pool and covered lounging patio are common areas for all guests to enjoy and there are chairs and loungers on the private beach below. The calm waters of the Bay side of the island are perfect for year-round swimming and snorkeling. A new addition is the dock in front of the property. Not only can you bring your boat to the house, but there is plenty of space on the dock for sunbathing, watching the sunset, etc.
Villa de Isla is right next door to one of the island’s finest restaurant, Casa O’s, and a long-time favorite, just re-opened, Maria’s Kankin Restaurant. Also close by is Garrafon Park, the Mayan Ruins and Village at the south end. The cliff areas at the south end are great for those who like to walk and enjoy the local birds and flora while gazing at the turquoise waters of the Caribe, with the waves crashing on the rocks below.
Maid service and change of linens provided twice weekly. Extra maid service available at an additional fee. Cook for local cuisine can be engaged if desired. Tips not included in rates. The friendly staff is standing by to assist you with any special needs you might have.
Combine adjacent Casa Bonita de Isla with all or part of this complex to accomodate a wedding or family reunion. Venue fees may apply.
