Cancellation Policy Suites los Arcos: Low Season,(May through November), notice of cancellation must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival date, or there will be a penalty of one night charged. . High Season(Dec, Jan, Feb Mar, Apr) If cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival date, there will be no penalty;30 days prior, two night penalty; less than 20 days or no show, full charge with no refund. A change in the reservation after arrival at the hotel will be charged one night in addition to any nights stayed
