Spend your day in island adventures or relax on our white sand beach until the spectacular sunset of the Caribbean colors the sky. Across the bay the lights of Cancun glitter like a ribbon of diamonds on the horizon. Located on the exclusive and secluded Sac-Bajo peninsula between Cancun Bay and a natural lagoon, Su Casa offers visitors the peace and quiet of a cottage community with the convenience of a nearby town.
Swim in the calm Bay waters, stay in a waterfront or garden cottage, enjoy the scenery no matter what the weather from your covered patio. A short taxi ride or an invigorating walk will bring you to the nearby colonia where you will find grocery stores, bakeries, a market and several excellent local restaurants. The cottages are studio-style, with kitchenette, dining table and sitting area; each has a double bed. Linens and towels are provided, as well as purified water. Each cottage has a covered porch or terrace. All waterfront and one of the garden cottages have A/C available for an extra $10 per night.
In addition to the five waterfront and five garden view cotttages, there is Casa del Amor, a separate house located on the large adjacent property, and offering a secluded, romantic setting for a honeymoon, or a great space for a family group. The house has a living and dining rooms, bathroom, separate bedroom with king bed(A/C), and also a nook off of the dining room with a double futon, and another double futon in the living room, to sleep up to 6. There is a palapa-covered patio facing the ocean, and a beautiful white sandy beach n front of the house. Combine the house with all or some of the cottages as a venue for a seminar, workshop, family reunion, or wedding.
A short walk will bring you to the famous Isla Mujeres "Dolphin Discovery" and the island's Turtle Farm. You can arrange for daytrips to mainland Mayan ruins. Snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing are island adventures. Within easy walking distance are two great restaurants, Casa Rolandi's to the north, and Zama Beach Club to the south, where you can also use the pools and beach while you dine or drink at the facilty.

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
