Seacliff
Seacliff is an Isla Mujeres accommodation with many very attractive features. It is located within easy walking distance of town, right on the shore of the island on the Caribbean side. The house is a vertical duplex, well-designed to provide maximum natural ventilation by the ocean breezes typical of this side of the island. The entire side of the house giving onto the terrace overlooking the sea is glass, affording an unobstructed and magnificent view. Sliding glass doors from the sunken living room and the master bedroom open onto the terrace, a wonderful place to watch the sunrise, enjoy a meal, read, sunbathe and/or relax with a drink at the day’s end.
Both the upstairs and the downstairs homes each have two bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms. The lower unit master bedroom has a queen-sized bed,while the upper unit has a king-sized bed and there are two single beds in each of the second bedrooms (the twin beds can be made into one king). A/C is available in all bedrooms.
Seacliff is a showcase of authentic Mexican furniture and artesania. It is lovely to look at and comfortable to be in…you will feel right at home here. The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs, and there is a dining room as well.
It is a fifteen minute walk to town from Seacliff, or you can hail a taxi (100 pesos to town) or a bus any time. The combination of comfort, beauty, and convenience is unbeatable.

Rates are based on 4 guests. There is a charge of $10 per night for an extra guest over age 12, with a maximum of 6 persons in the unit. A cot may be available to accommodate an extra guest at a cost of 250 pesos, or about $15, payable to property manager upon receiving the cot.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of reason(payment in full before arrival is another option). If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
