A comfortable, tasteful condo located at the very top of the popular Nautibeach complex on Isla Mujeres’ Playa Norte, this penthouse has a wonderful view of the Bay of Mujeres and Cancun from its large wrap-around terrace - actually another whole living area apart from the interior, with seating and dining outside. The interior features two bedrooms-the master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom (with ocean view from the shower!), and a second bedroom with either two single beds or a king bed. A fifth person can sleep on the futon in the living room. There is a second bathroom in the hall. A full kitchen allows you the option of preparing some or all of your meals at home, and if you prefer to eat out, there are many fine restaurants to choose from in the nearby village. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen and living room just beyond complete the condo interior.
Outside, the spacious gardens surrounding the buildings are colorful and well-groomed. Guests will enjoy the large fresh-water swimming pool between the condo building and the beachfront. Relax on one of the many lounge chairs around the pool and on the beach, or enjoy refreshments at the swim-up bar in the pool. The Sunset Grill is the on-site restaurant and Beach Bar, a great place to view the spectacular sunsets and take advantage of Happy Hour at the same time!
This is a perfect place for a family or two couples. Proximity to the town, with its many restaurants, bars and shops, and other services such as dive shops and moto or golf cart rentals, will make your vacation easier and more enjoyable.
