Looking for an affordable Isla Mujeres condo for your family vacation? The condos at Loma Isla Bonita consist of 20 spacious units in three buildings, set in attractive well-tended grounds, and overlooking a pool, communal patio sunning area provided with lounge chairs, and an adjacent palapa-roofed center for outdoor entertaining.
The condos are roomy and well laid-out for maximum privacy, with the two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by the entry hall and kitchen. The living and dining room have a breathtaking view of the Bay of Mujeres and Cancun through the sliding-glass doors leading to the terrace or balcony. The kitchens are large and well-supplied with everything needed to prepare and serve meals if you wish to do so.
The complex is located on the Bay side of the island, facing Cancun, and is about two-thirds of the way down the island. There are several beaches within walking distance, among them Playa Gaviota and Garrafon de Castilla Beach Club, where you can snorkel, swim, sunbathe and snack all day for an entry fee of 40 pesos per person, and Garrafon Park ,an up-scale center for enjoying the ocean in a spectacular setting, with lots of amenities and offerings, but at a considerably higher price.
For dining, try a favorite romantic restaurant, Casa O’s, one of the best spots on the island to sip a margarita, enjoy a good meal with excellent service, and watch the unforgettable sunset. Another favorite place, Playa Lancheros, noted for the typical barbecued fish feast, Tikinxic, is also within close walking distance.
Taxi service is fairly easy in front of the store....and the bus runs to town from the Mundaca turn-off, a short walk north...

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
