This new addition to our Isla rentals brings back memories of "old Isla". A simple, functional house with cozy furnishings and a well equipped kitchen, not fancy but comfortable and affordable, a great place to come home to after a day at the beach, to prepare and enjoy a dinner, watch a little cable TV, or sit out on the patio and enjoy the ocean view. La Madrugada is one of the closest houses on the airport road to town. There are two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two singles, living room and dining room with pass through to kitchen, a single bathroom The kitchen is old style Isla, but with all of the kitchen amenities you could use, including a four burner stove with oven, microwave, crock pot, toaster, blender, coffeemaker. The covered patio on the ocean side is a great place to have a beer or read a book, or just enjoy the sunrise. From the chair on the front porch, you can view the setting sun.
On the upper level, there is a Studio apartment with queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and terraces on both sides. Great views from here.
All in all, a nice place to stay in Isla Mujeres!

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
