Experience hacienda living on Isla Mujeres! This delightful four bedroom, four bathroom villa, designed to capture the essence of graceful hacienda living, is perfect for an extended family gathering or a group of friends. Beamed ceilings, arched doorways, traditional yet comfortable furnishings, many hand-crafted locally from the finest hardwoods, evoke the hacienda spirit. Beautiful and authentic Mexican artesania-pottery, textiles, ceramics, tilework, furniture-all combine to create a warm, comfortable ambiance for your pleasure.
Two sets of double doors provide entry to the spacious sala, which gives onto the formal dining room, with seating for 8 or more. A pass-through leads into the kitchen, which is striking with its colorful and traditional tiles, and features an extra large refrigerator/freezer, with in-door cold water and ice service, and a full range with oven. All appliances are also provided, as well as everything else needed to prepare and serve delicious meals.
Also in the main house, there is a bedroom/study with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom. The courtyard to the rear of the kitchen area is walled for privacy and contains a lush tropical garden as well as an inviting swimming pool, lounge chairs for sunning, a large barbecue for outdoor cooking, and a gurgling fountain.
Each of the other three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the master with a king, opens directly onto the courtyard patio. The master bedroom also has an adjacent sitting room, and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and portable A/C units. Ceiling fans are placed strategically throughout the hacienda. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and space for hanging clothes to dry.
A stairway from the courtyard leads up to the rooftop, where you will find a pergola, with cushioned seating and lounge chairs as well as a hammock. The ocean and surrounding neighborhood can be viewed from here.
The Hacienda sleeps 8 comfortably and can accommodate a couple more on couches or hammocks. It is located just south of the airport road, in the colonia, convenient both to town and the rest of the island. There are many small tiendas in the area where you can purchase drinks, snacks and basic items. A new, upscale restaurant is one block away at Casa Ixchel. Taxis are readily available for transportation.

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
