This beautiful private home is located on the charming Isla Mujeres, the Island of Women…just a short 20-minute ferry ride from bustling Cancun.
Step through the gate into the privacy of this tropical sanctuary where exotic plants surround the sunken pool and a small waterfall spills from the grotto into the pool below. This spacious four-floor home includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two living rooms each on a separate floor, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a rooftop wet bar, outdoor dining area, and a beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by flowers and fauna. The house is air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans throughout.
The inviting interior of this special home is decorated with warm colors and unique accessories collected by the owners on their travels. Each of the four bedrooms has a full bathroom and double closets. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people but may be able to accommodate a few additional guests (please contact us if you have questions about this).
Bedrooms on the second and third floors have their own terraces from which you can gaze out on the pool, the marina, or the ocean beyond. The two living rooms are comfortably furnished for socializing, watching DVDs, or curling up with a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare simple meals.
The roof top terrace offers a stunning 360-degree, panoramic view of the entire island, the lagoon, the Caribbean Ocean and Mujeres Bay. Watch the sun rise on one horizon and set on the other from this beautiful space. The terrace furnishings allow guests to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are placed close by so you can rest and relax. A private niche with a hammock is set aside for napping in the cool shade.
La Casa Luna Y Sol is located in the middle of the island, overlooking the lagoon and a short distance from the marina. Downtown restaurants and shops are a short cab or bike ride away. Beautiful Playa Norte (North Beach), a wide expanse of sparkling white sand and turquoise water, is similarly accessible.

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
