A newer accommodation on Isla Mujeres, Escalera Blanca is located mid-island in the popular colonia La Gloria, directly across from the Caribbean with beach access, swimming pool, and the best views and breezes.
The house features a spacious, open and modern floorplan, with comfortable furniture, and is decorated with beautiful art.
Below, the living room looks out on the pool and beyond to the ocean. A dining room is open to the living room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and blender, and full-sized refrigerator. Also on this level there is a half-bath, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
On the upper level, reached by a staircase with inset lighting for your safety, are two bedrooms, both with king beds, and each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a superb ocean view through sliding glass doors, and both rooms open onto a large wrap-around balcony, furnished for lounging with chairs and hammock.
Up one more flight of stairs and you are on the rooftop, which commands a 360 degree view of the island and surrounding water.
There are three flat-screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Wireless internet access is another plus, if you need to keep in touch.
The pool at the front entrance provides a perfect place to relax and cool off, anytime of the day or night...
Escalera Blanca is conveniently located for easy access to the neighboring colonia by foot, and the downtown and beach areas by taxi or moped or golf cart. If your delight is to walk, there is a long stretch or rocky/sandy beach and cliffs from the house all the way to Punta Sur. This is a perfect place for friends or family to relax and enjoy the island life!

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
