Elements of the Island has created an oasis for the vacationer right in downtown Isla Mujeres, a tranquil spot with tropical gardens and fountain, just a block from the island's famous North Beach. Elements offers an ambiance where contemporary Mexican architecture meets Asian décor and clarity, creating the perfect place to relax and restore your body and soul.
Elements of the Island offers three beautifully appointed studio apartments, one on each of three levels and each individually decorated with colors based on the natural elements, a rooftop yoga studio with palapa covering and a street side Café, offering breakfast and brunch daily.
The three studio apartments at Elements of the Island are located behind the tropical gardens and waterfall fountain, one on each of three levels, each with a private balcony overlooking the gardens and fountain. They are quiet, private and secure; the Asian décor combines simplicity, serenity and comfort. Each has one king bed and one futon-sofa and so can accommodate one or two people.

Reservations
- Minimum stay (except Christmas and New
--Year‘s holidays): four nights. 50% deposit is
--required within 15 days of booking in order to
--guarantee your apartment
- Christmas and New Year‘s holidays minimum
--stay five nights, 50% deposit is required within
--two weeks of booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellations
- 60 days notice prior check-in: your deposit can
--be refunded less $50 USD service fee per
--apartment.
- 15-60 days notice prior check-in: your deposit
--can be refunded less 50% of the amount of
--the deposit.
- less than 15 days prior to check-in: no
--refunds.
- Extra person $15 USD.
