This is a very popular condo complex on Isla Mujeres' Playa Norte! Condominio Playa Norte Owners' Rental Pool, more commonly known as Nautibeach, is a home away from home while you enjoy your stay in Isla Mujeres. Each regular two-bedroom unit has a balcony or terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms and a split bathroom. Premium corner units on the second and third floors have the added features of windows on three sides, and a wrap-around balcony with a fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea and Cancun. All feature central air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort and are tastefully furnished. Daily maid service is included.
There are many additional amenities, including a large fresh-water swimming pool with swim-up bar, an on-site restaurant, and lush, well-tended tropical gardens. This facility, located at the northern tip of the island, on Playa Norte, the most popular beach on the island, is within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in town. The view of the turquoise waters and spectacular sunsets from the balconies is unsurpassed. 24-hour security is provided.
Playa Norte, restaurants, shops, dive centers, etc., are all within easy access of Nautibeach. Furthermore, the staff will help you make arrangements for sightseeing tours, snorkeling and dive trips, rental of motos and golf carts, and provide you with tips on where to eat and what to do. Transportation from the airport can also be arranged.

Each features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, living room, a split bathroom with a large tiled shower. Inquire about different bed layouts. Also bunk beds in the second bedroom available. The balconies have patio furniture for up to four people with the best location and the Nautibeach Trademark.

The kitchen has a small refrigerator, a two burner hot plate, microwave, coffeepot and blender. There is a large terrace with an ocean and pool view.
