These Isla Mujeres apartments are something special for your vacation! The color of summer is the feeling you get both inside and out at this luxurious Art Deco apartment and penthouse, situated ocean-side near the lighthouse at the northwest tip of the island. The nautical theme and artistic touches evident throughout this stylish building and apartments demonstrate the personal taste and care the owners have invested in their property.
In the entry hall and stairway, as well as in the units themselves, you will find beautiful hardwood craftsmanship. The apartments are furnished with unique custom-designed pieces and includes many built-in features such as the vanity and desk in the bedroom and glass cabinets in the kitchen. In the second floor apartment, the front entrance opens into a living room with a complete and well-equipped kitchen adjacent. Beyond lies the bedroom, with king bed, and an adjoining bathroom with double sinks and separate shower stall and w.c. Both bedroom and living room open through sliding glass doors onto the large terrace with a Jacuzzi outside the bedroom.
The third floor apartment is identical to the one on the second floor, except there is no jacuzzi.
One floor up, at the top of the building and commanding a spectacular view of the bay of Mujeres and Cancun, is the Penthouse. This unit is a studio and has a queen rather than a king bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a small living area, jacuzzi and a very large terrace outside.
Enjoy the spectacular ocean-view and sunset as you have your meal on the terrace. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. There is a washing machine available for guests, a telephone in each apartment that works with prepaid calling cards and two bicycles per unit for your use. beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for guests' use.
This popular property has another added bonus...the ground floor houses a cafe/coffee shop, air-conditioned for your comfort, and serving delicious meals and desserts, coffees and teas, as well as a selection of wines and after-dinner drinks. If you prefer a quiet dinner in your own apartment, they will happy to bring it up for you... There is a computer in the restaurant for the use of its guests.
Color de Verano has the advantage of being in the village, close to all it offers in the way of restaurants, shops and services, while still providing a wonderful view, beach access, security and a bit of luxury.

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
