The owners of Color de Verano, a popular downtown Isla Mujeres rental, are proud to introduce their new building, located by the Macax lagoon. It features a new concept of two level units, surrounded by lush vegetation and trees in a beautiful garden with a dock that goes into the lagoon.
Apartment One is fully furnished and equipped. As a special feature it has a heated inside pool. A tree branch comes in from the garden and reaches the upstairs bedroom, giving a fresh and natural look to the whole unit. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and modern bathroom. Sitting area, balcony, dining table, kitchen and half bathroom complete the downstairs area.
The apartment is decorated with the owners' African paintings and batiks, masks, and bows and arrows, all of which blend very well with the specially made Chechen furniture. Guests will enjoy the sensual luxury and tropical ambiance of this unit.
Also now available, the Loft, a smaller, more economical two level apartment, but still with the same style and attention to detail shown in apartment #1. On the upper level, a bedroom with king bed and view of the garden, and a bathroom; downstairs is a small kitchen and sitting area, with terrace adjoining the garden.
Yet to come, THE PALAPAS - A beautiful apartment with thatched roofs set in the garden, surrounded by a wood deck, air conditioned and fully furnished and equipped.
For all units, air conditioning in the bedroom, sat tv, internet and all the comfort and service that has made Color de Verano so well known. Two bicycles available per unit.
Beach towels and chairs can be picked up and returned at our coffeeshop at the downtown location near Playa Norte.
Enjoy the privacy and natural surroundings. Conveniently located only ten minutes from downtown, easy transportation by taxi or bus all day.

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
