Located about one mile from downtown on the Caribbean side of the island, this house provides a unique Mexican get-away. Enjoy the luscious tropical gardens in the front of the house as well as the private patio in the back of the house. This is one of the only smaller homes on the island that has a full front and back yard, both which are completely secure with cement walls to create a courtyard ambiance.
For a very private and safe experience, the entire front yard and back yard are surrounded by nice cement walls that have beautiful lighting during the evening hours. There is a staircase leading to the roof of the house where you have a spectacular view of the the sunsets, part of the island, the Caribbean side of the ocean, the airport, and Salina Chica.
Enjoy the full kitchen, a washer and dryer, Mini-Split Air Conditioning, and beautiful tile work throughout. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a queen size bed in one end of the large living room area, and also a futon couch in the living room.

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
