Casa Rosa has a lower main house with two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a double, a roomy bathroom with separate sink area, a full kitchen with all appliances and cookware, and a living and dining area, complete with a queen sofa bed for accomodating more guests. The house also has cable TV for your added enjoyment.
Passing through the sliding glass doors to the ocean side, you will find an inviting swimming pool with deck chairs for sunning. The beach in front of the house is rocky, and swimming is recommended for experienced ocean swimmers and snorkelers only.
On the upper level is a large Studio with its own entrance, accessed by a stairway to the side of the main house, with queen bed, kitchenette, sitting area, and large bathroom. A palapa-covered terrace at the front is a shady area for relaxing in the provided hammock, and sliding glass doors open onto an ocean front balcony for a spectacular view. A circular staircase winds down to the pool area, which is shared by all guests.
Located at the end of the airport road, Casa Rosa is close enough to walk to town or into the nearby colonia Salina Chica. There is room to park a car or golf cart in front of the house.

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
