Here's an interesting and colorful Isla Mujeres vacation home! Casa Nezahualcoyotl (Neza), a model of modern Mexican architecture, is named after a Chichimec poet king. As you cross the threshold, walking over the Zen pond you are welcomed by the serenity of a tropical oasis. Palm trees surround the oversized 12’ x 36’ pool crowned by a 10 person Jacuzzi the sound of whose waterfall calms your spirit. Open the glass front sliding doors that unite the private exterior garden with the interior space, enter and find yourself in a large open living area with Bali themed bamboo furniture. The great room also features a teak dining set and a fully equipped kitchen. Natural, locally-cut limestone floors and Caribbean style louvered doors made of Tzalam emanate an atmosphere of luxury. The bedroom terrace winds around the upper floor overlooking the Marina. There are original paintings and artwork throughout the house. The third floor roof terrace offers spectacular views of the Bay of Cancun, the Caribbean Sea, and the magnificent tropical sun sets.
There are two bedrooms on the second level, each with ensuite bathroom, the master with a canopied queen bed, and the second bedroom with a king or two singles. Attractive and functional louvered shutters open from both rooms onto a balcony overlooking the pool and jacuzzi below. On the main level, there is a sofa bed for two more guests. There is also a full bathroom on this level and a half bath on the rooftop terrace. All bathrooms are ultra-modern design, with onyx sinks (master bathroom has double sinks). Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are throughout the house.
The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating for conversation or entertainment via cable TV, stereo, and DVD. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to practice your culinary skills. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.
Proximity of this elegant new dwelling to Villavera Yacht Club makes this property an ideal rental for owners of yachts and fishing boats and their families or guests. Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
