These two cozy and comfortable vacation bungalows sit side-by-side on Playa Media Luna , on the northeast tip of Isla Mujeres (next to Hotel Playa Media Luna but not part of the hotel). Located close to town and all of its attractions and restaurants, Casa Media Luna still has an ambiance of quiet and seclusion. The view from the front porch of each cottage is unsurpassed for tranquility and beauty.
Each unit contains a roomy air-conditioned bedroom, one with two double beds and the other with a queen bed and a single, and each also has a double futon in the living room. The efficient, fully equipped kitchen comes with all expected amenities and then some. At the front of the cottage is a comfortable living room, with couch, chairs and a dining area. The adjoining bathroom is colorfully decorated with tile. Units are separate and complete.
The feeling here is one of warmth and comfort. The minute you step out onto the front porch and view the broad expanse of pure white sand before you, with the glorious turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea beckoning beyond, sand, sun and sea will capture your attention.
Follow the winding path from the front of the house to the North Beach Swimming Area and nearby restaurants and popular tourist haunts, or just linger in the playa right before you, your own little paradise on Isla Mujeres.

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforeseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
