This colorful Isla Mujeres oceanfront vacation home provides panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea from the back pool side and of the Bay of Mujeres on the front side. Guests will enjoy daily spectacular sunrises and sunsets from generous balconies on both sides of the house. Casa Flamboyan is a two-story, two suite, contemporary Mexican retreat designed by renowned artist and architect Jorge Carlos Martell Correa.
Casa Flamboyan is within easy walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants, the ferry dock, and North Beach. Guests will appreciate the contemporary Mexican motif, the beautiful custom wood furnishings, original art, and the attention to detail. The owners provide all the perfect amenities necessary for an Island vacation along with tropical breezes and warm hospitality.
The lower level is not offered as a rental at the present time. There are two complete one-bedroom apartments (with full kitchens) on the upper level. The rooftop offers sunning, stargazing, or relaxing under a palapa. Both units are large and spacious and each enjoys spectacular views and breezes from every room.

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
