This beautiful, well-designed Isla Mujeres rental property, located close to town on the Caribbean side of the island, is named for its spectacular sunrise and sunset views. A two level building consisting of a main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room and spacious and comfortable living room on the lower level, and two complete Studios with kitchenette and bathroom on the upper level, this property provides quality accommodations for 8-12 guests. This house can be rented as a whole or as three separate units, making it very versatile for families or several friends sharing a vacation.
The elegantly furnished living and dining rooms in the main house have a full and spectacular view through the wide expanse of sliding glass doors opening onto the deck of the inviting pool beyond. Steps lead down from the pool deck, which is provided with comfortably-cushioned loungers for sunning and relaxing, to an additional sun-lounging area in the white sand and rocks below. Adjacent to the pool area is an outdoor dining table (a portable charcoal grill is available on request) and just beyond, stairs lead to an upper outdoor common space sheltered by a typical thatched Palapa roof. Plush, comfortable sofas and chairs provide a great space to enjoy conversation, a glass of wine, and a wonderful view of the Bay of Mujeres....be sure to catch the sunset from here! Or if you want to climb higher for an even more spectacular view, the rooftop sunning and bar area are now available for your pleasure! There are also hammocks both in the upper common area and in the shaded area adjacent to the main house. The pool, lounging areas, and rooftop are for the enjoyment of all guests.
The two separate Studio units open off of the upper deck and each has the same stunning view of the turquoise Caribe through the sliding glass doors which give onto balconies above the pool. The Studios are complete with bathroom, kitchenette, comfortable seating and dining area, and a king sized bed. A futon can be added to provide sleeping space for one extra person for a $20 per night surcharge. Cable TV, DVD and CD player provided for your further enjoyment.
The main house has a full kitchen with granite countertop, large refrigerator and all cooking needs as well as a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two singles which can be converted to a king on request. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. (Extra mattresses and linens and towels can be provided for up to two more persons in the main house for a surcharge of $20 per person per night) In addition, there are many other amenities listed below.

If you seek the amenities, space and comforts offered in the main house, but you only need one bedroom, the main house can now also be rented with the master bedroom and bathroom only at an attractive special rate. (Note-laundry facitlites are not included in this special package)

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
