Here is an Isla Mujeres accommodation that has great versatility. Casa de las Palmas has a lot to offer, whether you are a couple, a family , or a larger group gathering for a family reunion, wedding or other event. The unique setting provides the central pool, barbecue and patio area as a meeting and playing place, while allowing for privacy of separate families or groups in the three living areas. At the top of the property is a complete four bedroom house (no photos available as it is being completed), all bedrooms, each with its own bathroom ,located on the upper level, and a spacious living room, dining room and full kitchen on the lower level. An additional attractive feature of this house is the large porch facing the pool area, a perfect place to gather in the morning for coffee or for refreshments in the evening.
The infinity pool, with adjacent patio topped with a pergola for shade, and supplied with lounging chairs, is a great place to cool off or catch some rays...there is also a large gas barbecue for outdoor cooking. Grassy areas on both sides of the pool area make this a great place for kids and adults.
The front building houses two separate units, each with two bedrooms and baths on the upper level, and a living room, dining room and full kitchen and half bath on the ground level. Sliding glass doors on all master bedrooms and living rooms open to a splendid ocean view. The Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite marble bathroom and roomy closets. The second bedroom, also with its own bathroom and ample closet space, has either a queen bed or two singles, and faces the pool and gardens.
All rooms are furnished comfortable and tastefully, and all amenities usually expected are to be enjoyed here. A/C and ceiling fans throughout the property ensure your personal comfort, and you have the option of experiencing the ocean breezes instead, if that is your preference.
A rocky/sandy beach area is directly across the street, and is a beachcomber's paradise. From this part of the island, you can walk all the way to the south end, mostly right along the shore or cliffs, and take in the dramatic wave action, the antics of the pelicans, and even see sea turtles or dolphins if you are lucky and paying attention.

Rates quoted are for four persons in Units A and B, and 8 persons in Unit C. Additional persons are $20 per night per person. Maximum persons in Units A and B is 5. Maximum in Unit C is 10. |
| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
