"Casa de Ensueno del Mar" is House of Sea Dreams, a stunning new home on Isla Mujeres located on the beautiful water of the Bay of Mujeres, where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset each day. All four bedrooms are master suites, with the finest linens, including down pillows and duvets and every room has a view of the beautiful emerald green waters of the Bay. Each room also has individually controlled air conditioning. Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom and 2 robes are provided in each bedroom. The house is equipped with a wireless sound system that is connected to an online service providing you with any artist/song on demand. Each room is capable of playing its own music via the internet or your IPod.

We have maid service five times weekly and a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is daily complimentary coffee service. Bottled water and ice is delivered to the house and there is filtered water in the kitchen. After sunset, enjoy grilling and relaxing by the infinity pool or walk to Villa Rolandi, the only 5 star hotel on the island, and enjoy dinner at their gourmet restaurant, and while you are there, schedule an appointment at their spa.

Each day can be a new adventure on Isla Mujeres. Go to Zama Beach Club, visit the Garrafon National Reef Park, go deep sea fishing, swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Discovery, take whale shark tours, tour the Mayan ruins, shop the local fare and enjoy the wonderful cuisine.

Rates are for 8 persons. House can also be rented as a one, two, or three bedroom house if you don't need four bedrooms. Ask about rates. Refundable security deposit of $1000 is required.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
