Casa Coral is a rental home located near town on the Caribbean side of Isla Mujeres. No one lives beside you, (on the north about 200 ft.. on the south 1/2 mile) no one lives behind you , (they pass on the street now and then) it's all growing green... and in front is just beach and Caribbean sea..... town is a 5 minute stroll north on the sidewalk.
Casa Coral consists of two separate units which can be rented together for a larger group, up to 8, or separately. They differ in that the downstairs has a much more spacious living area and a full kitchen, while upstairs has a kitchenette, with a sink, bar fridge, coffeemaker, toaster oven, and two-burner stove top and equipment for simple meal preparation and a small living space. Each has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed; the bedrooms have air conditioning. Both have large bathrooms, double futon in the living space, a deck overlooking the rocky/sandy beach and ocean below. Upper unit has a separate entrance. The house features typical Mexican tiling throughout and ceiling fans. This is a great place to relax in the ocean breeze and enjoy the island!
The Caribbean side of the island is breezier, and therefore cooler than other parts of the island. There is a reef right offshore for snorklers. This house is close to town, within easy walking distance of stores and restaurant, and yet is quiet, having no neighbors on either side.

| To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received
within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be
given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of
reason(payment in full before arrival is another option).
If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is
received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between
60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason.
We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to
safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen
eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation.
One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be
assessed a fee of $25 each.
