This architect-designed and custom-built comfortable home has three-plus bedrooms and two bathrooms. The design and construction-detailing are similar in type and quality to that of its closest neighbor, El Castillo Maya, also a new house and already a popular place after only two months on the website. The two properties are the result of the Casa Azul owners visiting Isla on their honeymoon, deciding to build a vacation/retirement home and inviting the owner of Castillo Maya to buy the land with them, resulting in two houses of high quality, each of which stands alone as a desirable vacation accommodation, and which when combined provide an attractive, comfortable and interesting venue for family reunions, weddings and other group activities where there is a need to accommodate a larger number of guests. The houses sleep up to 16 persons or more between the two of them, and share a common pool and patio area. Casa Azul del Caribe has a large palapa rooftop with a 40 ft Tiki bar, great for entertaining. The interior is spacious, with large fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining and living room areas with a spectacular ocean view. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a bathroom on the lower level. On the upper level, the oversized Master Suite obtains the same magnificent ocean view, has a large view bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and its own balcony. There is another balcony opening onto the street-side of the upper level. Another small bedroom adjacent to the Master Suite is suitable for children. There is air-conditioning through. Furnishings are attractive and comfortable and the house is nicely decorated for your enjoyment. The house is located toward the north end on the Carribean side, and is convenient both to town and the colonias. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of reason(payment in full before arrival is another option). If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
