Before you submit an inquiry, look over all of the properties we represent, pick out the ones that interest you. 

Provide all of the information requested on the inquiry form.

If you have installed a spam filter on your computer to get rid of unwanted e-mail, you must put my name and/or e-mail address on your list of approved people, or you may not receive an answer to your request! 

If possible have only one member of your group e-mail us and use the same e-mail address throughout all correspondence.

To avoid confusion please hit "reply" when responding to our e-mails. It is necessary for us to have the whole history of your requests so that your reservation won't be confused with someone else's.

Be advised that our preferred method of contact is e-mail; therefore, we will serve our e-mail clients first.

We are unable to give tours of these properties to potential renters.
